In the late 1990’s I started taking pictures of our field bred English Springer Spaniels.  I would tromp through the fields behind my husband taking wonderful pictures of our dogs leaping in the air and splashing in the ponds – or I thought I was.  I’d get my pictures developed (remember those days?) and have more grass & tails than flushing & splash!  One day my husband (aka My Camera Expert) handed me a digital camera and said “just point & shoot”.  That was the beginning of Baskwood Photos.

A few years later our daughter started riding horses at Galloway Farm.  My timing improved with her jumping ability, and her passion for those magnificent animals gave me my knowledge of what people are looking for in a good horse picture.
